Meet Holly - your Yoga Teacher at
The Mindfulness Studio

Holly is a passionate Yoga Teacher who guides others on their journey towards physical and mental health, and spiritual well-being. She teaches a gentle style of hatha yoga that focuses on combining the breath with mindful movement to cultivate self-awareness and balance in the body.  

She was introduced to yoga in 2010 by her best friend when they travelled through Central and South America. Some of her fondest memories from this incredible travel experience were of practicing yoga deep in the Mexican jungle and on the beaches of Peru.

As a mother of three young children, it was during the past two decades of working in the busy corporate world that her own mental health struggles began. Holly found the benefits of yoga helped to manage symptoms of anxiety by calming down the nervous system. Motivated by the positive impact yoga had on her life, she decided to deepen her knowledge in yoga and now looks forward to sharing her learnings with others.

Having trained in the Krishnamacharya lineage at Yogic Wisdom in 2023, in Holly’s classes you can expect a blend of gentle movement, breath awareness, meditation and deep relaxation. She provides modifications to suit the individual needs of her students and utilises props to support those in her classes.

Holly cultivates a sense of community in her classes with her aim to have you leaving the class feeling empowered to take the tools of yoga back into your daily life.
