Meet Holly - your Yoga Teacher at
The Mindfulness Studio
Holly is a passionate Yoga Teacher who guides others on their journey towards physical and mental health, and spiritual wellbeing. She teaches a gentle style of Hatha yoga that combines the breath with mindful movement to cultivate self-awareness and balance in the body.
She was introduced to yoga in 2010 by her best friend while travelling through Central and South America. Some of her fondest memories from this time include practicing yoga deep in the Mexican jungle and on the beaches of Peru.
As a mother of three young children, Holly has experienced first-hand how valuable it is to have simple tools to slow down, reconnect, and create moments of calm in everyday life.
Through her own yoga practice, she discovered how movement, breath and mindfulness can help settle the nervous system and bring a greater sense of balance and presence into daily living. Inspired by the joy and grounding that yoga brings, she chose to deepen her practice and trained in the Krishnamacharya lineage at Yogic Wisdom in 2023.
In Holly’s classes, you can expect a blend of gentle movement, breath awareness, meditation and deep relaxation. She offers modifications to suit individual needs and utilises props to support her students.
Holly loves how yoga offers an opportunity to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with a sense of playfulness and the inner child within. She now enjoys sharing these practices with others, helping them weave small, meaningful moments of mindfulness into their lives.
